Is Cerebral Success Made From Natural Ingredients?

Most of the ingredients in this supplement are natural. They have been researched and are proven to benefit the mind. The rest have been used for hundreds of years in traditional medicine to aid brain health. Here is a list of each ingredient and a brief description of how each of them aids brain function.

Cerebral success ingredients

  • Huperzine A – this natural compound is extracted from Chinese Club Moss. It is traditionally used to treat memory loss and Alzheimer’s.
  • Vinpocetine – this natural substance comes from the periwinkle plant. It is used in traditional medicine to improve blood flow to the brain. This ensures that as much oxygen as possible is delivered to the mind, which improves the way the brain works.
  • Schissandrin A – this enhances the central nervous system, which in turn helps with brain function. It comes from the Five Flavour Fruit, which is also known as Pinyin.
  • Phosphatidylserine – this is a chemical, but it is produced in using a natural distillation process. It helps to strengthen the cell membranes, including those in the mind.
  • L-Thyrosine – this compound is a precursor of dopamine, which means it is a substance needed to allow the brain to produce dopamine. It taps into the fact that dopamine is used to help improve attention in people with ADHD. In a healthy brain, it also improves alertness and can help with mental fatigue.
  • Cognizin – this trademarked, branded product improves communication between the neurons.
  • Glucuronolactone – this substance works to fight fatigue and has a calming effect.
  • DHA – often, DHA is referred to as brain food. This crucial fat is found in foods that are rich in Omega-3.
  • L-Glutamine – this amino acid helps to regulate blood sugar levels. It aids the absorption of nutrients and is included in the supplement to ensure that all of the other ingredients are actually absorbed and used by the body to feed the brain.
  • B Vitamins – numerous studies show that vitamin B is vital to slow mental decline, so this vitamin should be included in any brain supplement.
  • L-Theanine – this substance is found in tea and is known to have a beneficial effect on brain function. L-Theanine is especially effective when combined with caffeine.

What Do the Cerebral Success Reviews Tell Us?

Not every Cerebral Success review we read was positive, however, the vast majority of them were. Some of the negative reviews were on the website of a third party. On this third party site, some people complained that the product was not very powerful.

They did not say it did not work just that it was weak. This made us wonder if they were taking the real product or a cheap copy. Naturally, we are not sure, but this could be one explanation of why some people had amazing results and others only noticed a partial improvement in their mental acuity.

The people who left positive reviews were very positive. It was clear that, for them, this really was brain food and that it made a huge, positive difference to their lives. Many commented that they felt energized and that their memory improved no end.

Does Cerebral Success Work?

Our conclusion is that this product helps most people. It is by no means 100% effective, but enough people have left positive reviews to make us feel it is a good quality product that is worth buying.

Does Cerebral Success Cause Side Effects?

Cerebral success reviewWe read the reviews and nobody mentioned side effects. However, what we would say is that you have to bear in mind this is a powerful supplement.

This means that you should not just buy a bottle and start taking it every day. You need to introduce it into your diet and keep an eye out for side effects. If you notice any stop taking it.

If you take any medication, powerful supplements or have an existing medical condition, you should talk to your doctor before taking this kind of supplement. It is better to be safe than sorry. Just because a product is natural, it does not mean that it will not interact with other supplements or medications, so please check.

Where to Buy Cerebral Success?

The best place to buy Cerebral Success is direct from the manufacturer. By buying it from their website, you know that you are buying the real deal rather than a cheap fake that will not work. For this reason, all links on this website take you direct to the manufacturer’s website rather than to third party sellers.

Buying in this way is also safer. This is because fake products tend to be made of all kinds of other ingredients some of which are not safe for human consumption and may cause side effects.

Why would you use food dyes that can cause hyperactivity or focus issues in this supplement ?

    • Amelia January 26, 2015, 8:24 pm

      Hello, Rhoda!

Thank you for your question. That answer I’ve got from the Trevor Hiltbrand, CEO/Founder of CerebrallSuccess.com:

“The only food coloring we use is our capsule coloring. In such small amount, it has not been shown to have any issues or side effects. Our testing also confirms only positive results.

I expect by mid 2015 we will be switching to clear capsules due to popular demand.”

I hope it answered your question.

Love the product. I stopped taking it because I noticed almost immediately that I was putting on weight right away. Is there a reason for this? Has anyone bring this up before? The weight gain was in my buttocks and hips.

      Hello, Carmen!
Just received an answer to your question from Trevor, CEO of Cerebral Success:
“There’s nothing within SmartX that is linked to weight gain. In fact, it should have a slight thermogenic effect. However, everyone is different and react differently to certain ingredients.”
      Hope it helps.

SmartX lists under other ingredients in having Magnesium Stearate. This has been talked about through naturopaths of how dangerous it is to the digestion. Several supplements and medicines unfortunately use this. It helps manufacturers through the manufacturing process and compressing of the ingredients not to stick together and it is also less expensive to produce. But it is harmful to us. Can this be removed?

    • Amelia March 24, 2015, 12:21 am

      Hi, Carmen!
Here is the answer from Trevor, CEO of Cerebral Success:
“We disagree with reports of danger, however, we are constantly working to eliminate unnecessary additives. The only negative study we found even remotely connected to Magnesium Stearate had no relevance to human consumption what so ever. Just as some companies over hype the positive effects of certain ingredients or products, many companies also hype the negative effects as well.”
      Hope it helps.
